Located on the Split peninsula, overlooking the Adriatic Sea, one cannot study medicine in a more beautiful setting than the University of Split School of Medicine. Established in 1997, the Split medical school offers four teaching programs: Medicine, Dental Medicine, Pharmacy and Medical Studies in English, which was established in 2011. Each year, the school enrolls 60 students in the English program.

The University of Split medical school program in English is taught over six years and, upon completion, students will have 360 ECTS credits (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System). Graduates can work as Doctors within the European Union and are eligible to apply for medical licenses from the US, Canada and other countries.
